Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation and are prepared for dispatch within a reasonable timeframe. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time for most orders is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where available.

Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the order

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner (Return-to-Origin or RTO).

In such cases, any additional shipping, re-shipping, or handling charges may be borne by the customer before the order can be dispatched again.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Pettlez Jewellery shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
